Privacy Policy

Who we are. LVL X Play is operated by lvl X, Inc.

What we collect. Username and a salted password hash; game activity (bets, results, coin balance history, provably-fair seeds); purchase records (pack, amount, time, Stripe session ID); technical data needed to run and protect the service (IP address for rate limiting and region checks, session cookie). Card details are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. See stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it. To run the games, keep balances accurate, process optional purchases, enforce age, region and purchase-limit rules, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies. One essential, HTTP-only session cookie. No advertising cookies.

Sharing. Service providers only: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (hosting). Also where required by law.

Retention & deletion. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; this removes your profile, balance and play history. Anonymized purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting.

Children. The service is for adults 18+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; such accounts are deleted.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Contact lvl X, Inc.
