Terms of Service

1. Who we are. LVL X Play is operated by lvl X, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We may close accounts we believe belong to minors.

3. Social casino — no real-money gambling. LVL X Play offers casino-style games for entertainment only. You cannot win money or anything of value. There are no prizes, no sweepstakes, no contests and no redemption of any kind.

4. Play Coins. Play Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use a virtual item within the service. They have no cash or monetary value, are not property, are not a currency or stored value, cannot be sold, traded, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, services or other value, and may be modified or reset by us. Unused Play Coins are forfeited if your account is closed.

5. Optional purchases. You may buy additional Play Coins. Purchases are optional, final and non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

5a. Purchase limits & availability. Purchases are capped at $100 per 24 hours and $500 per 30 days. The service is not offered in certain jurisdictions (currently including Washington State) and you may not use it from those places.

6. Fair play. Game outcomes are generated server-side with a provably fair random process. Using bots, exploits, multiple accounts to farm bonuses, or tampering with the service is prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. No implication of real-money success. Results in social casino games do not indicate future success at real-money gambling.

8. Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
